This event is designed to give you a healthy and fun start to your day while targeting your entire body. Prepare to sweat it out with a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) circuit that focuses on both upper and lower body strength, combined with heart-pumping cardio intervals. Not only will you get an incredible workout, but you'll also have the opportunity to meet new friends and have an amazing time.
